Getting started - easy step by step guide
How to register an account?
You probably do not have an account in Kuca portal yet!
Click “Sign in” which is in the top left or right side of the Kuca portal.
Click “Don’t have an account?”
Fill in the mandatory fields and click “Register”
Now it is possible to log in your account.
- Username: your account e-mail address
- Password: your existing password.
You can use the password reminder if you have forgotten your password, it is not possible to change the password later. Just remember – your account e-mail address is the new user name. Login link is in the top right side of the Kuca portal – right above the right side banners. Once logged in, you will see the administration panel link above Kuca portal – on the very top of your screen there is a little black toolbar. Click “MyKuca” button on top to access your administration section, as shown below:
Preparing the account:
Once you have clicked “MyKuca” button on top of the screen, you are accessing the administration module. There is a main menu on the left side of the screen. Step 1:
Step 1: Company profile
Open “Company profile”
Please fill in the correct details. You can also change or add your company logo there. It will give a great value for Your ads, but it is not mandatory.
Click button “Save”
Step 2: Broker profiles
If you want to give access for more than one broker, it is possible to make Broker profiles. Also all brokers are displayed below every ad you have inserted. Open “Broker profiles” from the left side menu. It is possible to assign your account with broker profiles, but this is not mandatory. So, open the “Broker profiles” and click button “Add new”. Fill in the details – and remember, this is VISIBLE for the Kuca website users if you have activated the account and ordered the “broker profile” service. Add first name, last name, photo etc. It is not mandatory to add broker photo, but it will increase trustworthiness.
Broker e-mail will be the user name for logging in and broker can change the password later himself.
- Activating the account – just tick the “status” box to activate account (broker can log in and add objects). If not activated, broker can not log in or add real estate objects. This creates the account, but does NOT add the broker details to real estate objects automatically! If you want broker contact details and photo to be visible for Kuca visitors (highly recommended, as it is good for your company branding and creates trust), you need to publish the profile data, too.
- Publishing the profile data – open “Services” tab (top left side of the Broker Profile page) and tick the “broker profile” service. Don’t worry about ordering unused services: you will only see available services on the list, so if you have already activated broker profile for this broker account, you will not see it in the list and can not accidentally order it again.
Real estate ads:
In order for you to add or edit real estate offers published by your company, please open “My ads: add & edit” from the left menu in MyKuca.
Assigning ads to brokers
You (or anyone with “manager” role account) can assign ads to specific brokers – one by one at the moment (to avoid major errors in the launch phase of the portal). NB! You need to create broker accounts and activate them before you can assign ads to them!
Open “My ads: add & edit”. Find the ad You want to assign to the broker. Open “ 4 – Management“ sheet and fill in the details.
Adding new ads
Click “Add new offer” button on the “My ads: add & edit” page and fill in the details. Mandatory fields are marked with * (little star). At first fill in the “Real estate type”, it will give You automatically the second value “Real estate specification”, if it is correct, you do not need to change it. Fill in the “Transaction” and “Total price”. Click “Save”
To make this process easier for you, we’ve divided different information into different tabs – so just go through them step by step. You can see the tabs on top of your screen and you can fill them in in a different order. Mandatory fields are real estate object type, transaction, size of the property and location (country and county). But don’t forget: the more detailed information you add, the better quality of traffic you will get from the visitors.
Adding photos, floor plans and videos to your real estate offer increase it’s popularity very much!
If You want the Ads location is marked in the map Click “Save and search the map”. It is not mandatory, but it is a great value for ads.
- Don’t forget to save!
- Prices are in EUR (euros).
- You can always edit data later - only object types and transactions will be restricted from editing.
If you want to connect brokers with the ad, click “Management” button and fill in the details.
If you are unsure what to put somewhere, you can just leave the fields empty. Your ad will not be visible for the visitors unless you publish it – so when you are done and satisfied, click the “Preview” button (below the real estate ad content, bottom left) and if you are sure you want to publish, click “Publish” button (top center of the screen). You can also publish the saved ads from the list of real estate objects in “My ads: add & edit” page.
Delete real estate ads
You can also delete the saved ads from the list of real estate objects in “My ads: add & edit” “view ALL” page. Find the object you need to delete and click the red button “Delete” at the right side or just tick the objects checkbox and choose from the drop down menu “Delete” and click “Go”.
